Tonight, we skipped the standard tourist restaurant to try the Signature Local Dishes of Phu Quoc. You can pick one of these options:

Banh Canh Ghe (Sentinel Crab Thick Noodle Soup) - a rich and savory broth made from crab shell served with fresh crab meat and some topping like prawn, fish cake, boiled egg, fresh herbs, etc. 

Banh Canh Cha Ca (Fish Cake Noodle Soup) - a must try local favorite! Thick, chewy noodles served with fried knackered fish cakes (Cha Ca) in a sweet broth made from fish bones. Simple but incredibly delicious

Local Tip: Each restaurant has different ingredients and toppings, so if you don’t eat pork or any ingredients, please note with your guide “only seafood, no meat/no pork”!

Visit Vietnam’s largest semi-wild conservation park. Hop on the specialized Safari Bus. You will travel through the open jungle where lions, tigers, rhinos, and zebras roam freely right next to your window. A thrilling experience!

Then visit Starfish Beach and walk on the white sand and see the hundreds of red starfish visible under the crystal clear water. This is one of the most unique photos you can take in Vietnam!
